Alla Sigova PhD
Alla Sigova joined CAMP4 in May 2016 as a scientist to facilitate R&D efforts in drug discovery initiatives in the area of genetic diseases. Prior to joining CAMP4, Alla was a Postdoctoral Associate in Rick Young's lab at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research where she lead a number of projects studying transcriptional control of gene expression in normal and diseased cells. She received a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from UMass Medical School under the mentorship of Phillip Zamore, Ph.D., and her B.S. and Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from the Kharkiv National University in Ukraine. Alla has published or contributed to a number of groundbreaking publications and research articles.
Alla is an ardent opera lover and seeks out local opera houses wherever her travels take her.
